Tank is never too keen on keeping still. This inaugural, international and incredible award for new ideas and people in architecture – launched this month – isn't hanging around much either: be nimble, get going, get it down. The theme is ANTI-STATIC too, we want you to reinvent the Roadside Inn, that symbol of speed and mobility. REM KOOLHAAS is to head the panel of judges made up of people from the inside looking out and the outside looking in. The panel also includes: Hussein Chalayan, British Designer of the Year; Ekow Eshun, journalist and critic; Sally Mackereth, Royal College of Art; and Lucas Dietrich, Architecture Editor of Thames + Hudson. The winner gets £5000*, the runner up £1000*. We are looking for pure genius. Don't worry, be happy. Even if you hate the brief, then you should still take part and tell us why.
