 DVAplus Centrumplan l'oriënt voorloplg ontwerp Croatia 1999, 2'50" 2D. It displays to the men how something could look like, and not how something will really look like (the client can strongly influence on the final look). Without realizing it, we are embroiled in both visible ind invisibile enviroments. Once we start to recognize this, we think that nature of space must begin to change. Heaven´t we reached a time when it is necessary to rethink the validity, or invalidity, of the space that architecture makes? The invisible environment that K. Sejima & R.Nishizawa write about is a view of static, motionless (tradition) that Japan overflow with. Every image is described but it rears and infrequently shows the hidden images. 2D visualisation has something hidden but there are rear that disturb and touch the spirit. 3D. It displays to the men what could happen inside a form and not what will really happen (users can strongly influence on the events). There is no architecture with program, no architecture without event. The events that happen in space are as important as the space itself. It s not what a building looks like that counts, but what it does. Opposite the eastern view (! = motionless), the western view forces changes, dynamic and events (? = dynamic). Tschumi in his manifest presents the humen like the most valuable one because the space is revolved around him. The image of the space is not any more importend (!) because with the translations of the viewpoint the invisible becames revealed (?). The 3D animation is a necessity precondition for imagen events that makes sense of architecture. Between that on sight different goals that 2D/3D (!/?) in virtuo brings novum to us, “www.dvaplus.hr” thinks that one (!) without the other (?) dosen´t function, but just one (!) with and beside (@) the other (?) can make sence to our work. The studio DVAplus is founded in 1998 like a studio for architecture and computer presentations of architectural project. The architecture like a life and professional premise is inevitable connected with the exploring of space so also with the virtual three-dimensional space. Possibility of controlling and checking every degree of designing from conceptual through the final detailed opens new sights of communication inside the architectural studio, with the clients and with the space users. With the developing of the Internet the studio connections with one place ends. Everyday communication and information exchanging is made over the e-mails. Systematically observations of the informative and digital technology developing ensure the technology progress. Architectural designing ensures understanding the space. Computer is just a device and not an aim! The goal is man. A few employed, and a number of occasional young architects and others are trying to achieve that aim. |
