Firms are invited to submit qualifications/proposals for architectural design services. The construction budget for the new 68,000 SF facility is US $8 million. The selection process operates as follows: The first group of proposals will be narrowed down to 10-12 finalists from which 3 or 4 will be asked to complete competition documents. Those 3 or 4 firms will be given a stipend for their participation.
