To make the Invisible Visible
Weimar 1995-98, (7')

The digital animations have been made by students participating in the design course To make the invisible visible, which was educated from 1995 till 1998. In this course, one had to create, visualize and present a design for a virtual place or a virtual architecture with the experimental usage of the medium computer. The students worked according to a literary example, in our case the Earwitness, written by Elias Canetti. Instead of writing a novel about the modern world, he chose to portray fifty examplars of the human species - each a paradigm of a certain kind of behavior. In the design project, students have tried to visualize a spacial interpretation of four characters: The Blind Man, The Man-mad Man, The Fame Tester, The Damage-fresh Man.
