Bom City Hall Leuven 1400-1998 Katholieke Universiteit Leuven 1998, (7'38'') The video gives a chronological overview of the history of Leuven's Town Hall (Belgium), from the start of the 15th century to the present day. No spoken text is used, so that its 'language' of images and music is universal. Three sources of images are used. First, there are the classical iconographical data: maps, drawings, paintings and so on. Second, there are some historic film fragments on the building. And third there are the animated computer images. These three sources are mixed in a way to produce a fluent visual history of the town hall.
