 Cooperativa Andria Manifesto delle esigenze abitative dei bambini Italia, 1999, 25' The "Manifesto of the living requirements of children" is a research project on the living needs of the young. The research spans over a long period in order to give a concrete form to the ideas of children on living and accommodation. The video was done in Andria with the help of maternal school and of the communities of Correggio and Rio Saliceto. The work included the cooperative that directed the study, 700 children, 50 teachers and two educators and twenty architects, technicians and artisans. The project was chosen also for the show "Selections of Urban Experiences and Communicative Design," WWF-INU 1996. The Cooperativa Andria is a cooperative of inhabitants founded in 1975, proposing research and participation as a method of work and communication and as an indispensable strategy in order to carry other the organization's activity. The producers of the video from the cooperative are architect Luciano Panteleoni (Andria) and Laura Malavasi, educator for planning and achievement, Fausto Montanari for communication, shooting and editing. |
