 Iara Lee Towers Of Wind (musicians Taylor Deupree & Savvas Ysatis) caipirinha music, USA 1999, 6'23" Iara Lee is a member of Caipirinha Production, a multidisciplinary group of artists intent on fusing the languages of video, images, electronic music and of contemporary architecture. Lee's videos enjoyed immediate success in New York during the first architectural installation at the Brooklyn Anchorage. Lee was subsequently invited by MOMA to recreate a similar installation with the participation electronic musicians that appear in the course of the video. |
